We typically process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of placing your order. Processing times may be longer during peak holiday season and sale promotions.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States and its territories. We also ship to Canada, Australia, Singapore and Germany. Please send us a message for a shipping quote if your country isn't listed!
Please note: some international shipments may be subject to customs fees/duties/taxes which aren't covered in our shipping rates. These customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes! Gift notes can be added here. Prices will automatically be hidden if there is a gift note present.
What are your products made of?
Candles + Tea lights - soy wax, fragrance, crackling wooden wick (cotton wicks for tea lights)
Perfume Rollers - fractionated coconut oil, vitamin E, fragrance
Room Sprays - distilled water, polysorbate20 (emulsifier), phenoxyethanol (preservative), fragrance
How should I care for your products?
Great question! Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your items!
Candles: always burn until the entire surface is melted (this will prevent tunneling) and the wick should be trimmed to 1/4" each time before relighting. If you notice the flame is way too large, please be sure to blow out the flame and trim the wick before re-lighting.
Perfumes and room sprays: Store these out of direct sunlight, as it may damage the natural oils and ingredients, making the product go bad faster.
Who makes your products?
All items are handcrafted in microbatches by Ashley in our small studio space in Elk Grove, CA.
Do you offer wholesale and custom orders?
Yes! Please send us a message if you are interested in partnering with us.
I made a mistake on my order!
Please send us an email ASAP so we can make corrections before shipping your package! As long as you catch us while your order is still in the "processing" stage (AKA not shipped yet) we should be able to accomodate any changes.
My items were damaged in transit!
Oh no! It's unfortunate, but sometimes inevitable. Please just send us photographic evidence of your damaged items and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you. We can also process a refund instead by request.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot refund or exchange any used products.
If the product is still in original packaging and untouched, we can process a refund within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for buying a return shipping label.
